Aircraft-style bulkhead jig tables

Shown here is a 24 inch wide standard side panel as used in 6 X 4 foot shelters up to the 6 x 16 foot units. All tubes, cross bolt holes and mounting holes are CNC machined with an overall accuracy of .010 inch.

Side corner panel

The skins are A572-grade 65 high-strength low-alloy steel .1875 (3/16’’) plate.

The side corner panels integrate with and overlap the end panels to create a doubled load bearing structure that will withstand very large point impacts on the corners.
